Graham Short Strikes Again! Tiny Engraving!

Graham Short amazes me every time I read about him! It seems that engraving all 38 England World Cup scorers on to the bottom of a football stud wasn’t complicated enough so he added the Three Lions Crest in the middle. Although it wasn’t his hardest challenge I’m sure you will agree it looks amazing and is a great tribute to all the players, and that you, as I, will not be trying it yourself any time soon.

Engraving: A Permanent Marking Solution

The world’s oldest engraved object could be an ochre pebble found in South Africa dating back around 100,000 years. Reasearchers believe there are 23 engraved lines in the stone and it is the oldest one found to date. Although I wouldn’t like to guarantee our engraving for that long, it does show that it is a great solution for long term marking of your product.

Such dedication in his pursuit of perfection that Graham Short actually tied his arm down to ensure that there were no involuntary movements that ruined his work! Not to mention working through the night so there was less vibration from traffic! Amazing!
